Baywoods Employee Qualifications:

The majority of Baywoods shop floor and office employees are graduates of Conestoga College Polytechnic Institute who have achieved their diploma in either the Architecture-Construction Engineering Technology or Woodworking Technology co-op programs.
Many completed their co-op terms at Baywood, and, are now full-time employees.
